Automotive Biller/Title Clerk

Mandan, ND

Eide Ford Mandan is seeking to hire a Full-Time Title Clerk/Automotive Biller to complete motor vehicle paperwork, interact with the customers and other agencies. You will also perform administrative/clerical duties. Previous experience in the Automotive Industry and CDK is a plus but not a requirement. Duties: 

  • Process title paperwork. 
  • Communicate with customers and the county clerk’s office.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements.
  • Receive and process paperwork from the Finance department.
  • Preparation of contract package for the lender(s).
  • Prepare payoff checks for trade-in vehicles.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literacy. 
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks professionally.
  • Work with a sense of urgency and within established deadlines.
  • Positive attitude.
