What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Management Analyst/PKI Trusted Agent position at Eiden Systems Corporation?
ESC is looking for a highly skilled, Access Management Analyst/PKI Trusted Agent to join our team to maintain, enhance, and improve the team’s mission, and its processes and procedures. Support will be provided for token management, pin resets, on-boarding/off-boarding, token and user account request processing and training of token procedures with the NIPR/SIPR environments. Will be a hybrid of remote and on-site (multiple locations available) work.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Provide Service Desk support for all IT related issues for both internal and external customers
- Provide updates in tickets in accordance with policy and resolve all tickets to meet expectations
- Provide support to the Registration Authority (RA) for SIPRNet tokens and NIPRNet tokens
· Perform user account creation/maintenance in all environments of DLA systems
· Provide technical support to implement role-based access control for DLA computers and networks
- Assist in working with data owners to determine proper access requirements for employees
- Once an approved request is received for a new token, the IA Access Management Analyst is responsible for documenting, tracking, and completing the request through delivering the token to the requester
- Diagnose and resolve level I and II technical and end-user problems at the customer’s location in a customer service oriented, team environment
- Coordinate response actions and document artifacts for after action analysis.
- Utilize trouble ticket tracking system to track all customer requests
- Troubleshoot assigned Token issues using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Provide administrative support as required such as granting/revoking network access and file permissions; de-provisioning of network accounts
- Provide administrative support to user account creation and maintenance to include resetting account passwords and unlocking accounts
- Generate a weekly activity report that contains the number of request reviewed, processed, and completed each week
- Act as the trusted agent for all PKI revocations and issuance
- Act as the trusted agent for all SIPRNet token revocation and issuance
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience; relevant certification
- Baseline certification: Security
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to resolve all situations in a professional manner *Experience providing IT support within an Access and Identity Management organization
- ITILv3 Foundations certified (or must be able to obtain within six months of starting)
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with trouble ticket tracking systems such as Microsoft Service Manager, ServiceNow, or Remedy
- Experience with PKI and Token management within a large organization
