*_RESTAURANT General Managers, Eiffel Waffle HAS Immediate *Restaurant General Manager* to manage daily restaurant operations of our very successful, high-volume Ice cream/ Desert. The ideal candidate has 2 years management experience in *high volume, fast food/quick casual concepts*, works with a sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial mindset, leads a team by example, is ambitious to continue developing in management and is guest service focused! *Qualifications (includes, but not limited to): * * 2 years RGM experience (high volume food service concepts preferred) * Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends * Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation * Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused *Under the direction of a District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to: * * Maintain day-to-day financial controls * Create and manage staff schedules * Interview, hire, train and orientate team * Oversee coaching and developing staff and managing team relations. * Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management * Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met * Performance based bonus paid monthly * Paid training * Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year * Quick service & fast food restaurant Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Night shift * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay (Preferred) Experience: * General Manager: 1 year (Required) * Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) * Night Shift (Required) Work Location: Multiple Locations
