POSITION: Executive Director
PROGRAM: Admin, Ohkay Owingeh, NM
STATUS: Regular/Full-Time/Exempt

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and/or Master’s Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three to five years of documentable high level management may be used in lieu of education. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, grammar, spelling, math, and filling.

The Executive Director reports and is accountable to the ENIPC Board of Governors. All authority delegated for the direction and operations of ENIPC is delegated through the Executive Director.
The Executive Director focuses on locating sources of funding, approaching suitable funders and making application for grants that will continue the growth of the Organization. The Executive Director will develop and maintain fundraising activities with a focus on approaching suitable funders and grants that will continue the growth of the organization. The Executive Director plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of the organization in accordance with directives from the ENIPC Board of Governors and in accordance with the mission of the organization. The Executive Director develops a full service plan for the Organization, with the assistance of the Controller develops and maintains the various grant budgets. The Executive Director will evaluate both programs objectives and director level staff. The Executive Director must exercise considerable judgment and direction over all the organizations program goals, operation and staff.
The Executive Director ensures that the organization’s policies and programs are aligned with ENIPC’s mission, vision, and goals and objectives, and recommends actions to address current issues and trends.
