EIMC is currently accepting accepting applications for the position of Leasing Consultant for our properties located in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Candidates must work well with others, be adaptable to change, detailed oriented, organized, willing to work weekends and flexible hours, and they must love people! To be considered for the position, canidate must have a minimum of two years experince as a Leasing Consultant in the Multifamily Housing Industry. Candidates will be considered that have been employed in a related Customer Service Field. EIMC offers a competive hourly rate, up to 100% apartment rent and utility compensation, medical insurance with 75% of the premium paid by the employer, dentail and vision insurance, and employer paid life insurance.
