Client Service Representative

Description of Responsibilities: As a Client Service Representative with eIRA your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Allocating IRA contributions
• Processing IRA distributions
• Reconciling IRA accounts
• Communicating effectively with plan participants
• General office skills including: answering phone calls, scanning, mailing

Education and Experience:

• Your college degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred
• An equivalent of training and experience will be considered
• Experience in banking, accounting or finance is a plus

Required Skills: If you are the right person for this opportunity you will -

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be able to manage client and company expectations simultaneously
• Display excellent customer service skills
• Multitask and maintain accuracy while paying close attention to detail
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Have experience using other Microsoft Suite products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.50 per week
