Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking an Administrative/Technical Support Specialist
Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields of Administration.
At least two years of experience in related fields of Administration.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain a stable workforce.
Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Cloud based suite of productivity apps, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat programs.
Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards.
Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure.
Successful completion of USAFSAM's and Departments In-Processing/Orientation programs.
Lift, carry, or otherwise handle items weighing up to 51 pounds with occasional encounters involving items greater than 51 pounds in accordance with NIOSH guidance.
Contractor must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company. The company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

Tasks:
Provide administrative support for all cadre members assigned to C-STARS Omaha.
Provide a wide range of support in medical and non-medical logistics, resources, facilities, systems, and human resource management.
Coordinate all financial, contract(s), security, and Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) issues.
Balance workload and provide overall direction and vision to staff on a wide range of administrative issues.
Responsible for the budgetary operations necessary to support the C-STARS Omaha training program and the assigned personnel.
Formulate, coordinate, and consolidate budgetary strategies and briefs/obtains leadership approval of all course objectives.
Direct and oversee organizational policies, objectives, and initiatives intended to optimize Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) wide mission support.
Facilitate C-STARS informational tours for visiting dignitaries, public organizations, and internal/external persons interested in the center’s activities. This may involve coordinating parking, reserving meeting rooms, refreshments, and refining itineraries with other departments.
Update and review annually and every five years the Training Affiliation Agreements (TAA) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with all civilian universities/military organizations, which require significant coordination with each legal division(s) and the United States Air Force.
Provide leadership and tracking aspects of Air Force level operations including readiness and healthcare services in association with Trauma and resuscitative medicine.
Perform the following administrative management service-oriented tasks: review, prioritize, and respond to emails; answer and return phone calls; organize documents; maintain records; take notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the cadre perform their job.
Support cadre with pre, post, and during course tasks for all student activities, including but not limited to, building student packets, badge distribution, placing meal orders, daily course set up/tear down/resupply, submitting end of course critiques to USAFSAM, and all required administrative actions.
Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate staff meetings with Course Director (CD) and manage all relevant databases.
Maintain record management program and relevant databases for cadre and students.
Assist with medical/non-medical logistical supply support for all cadre.
Assist with processing course orders, stock, and re-supply medical/non-medical logistical items. This will include removing all outdated or expired items from the storage shelves.
Assist with the performance of inventory and documentation of supply stock in conjunction with local databases and 55th Medical Logistics at Offutt AFB.
Assist with adjustments to stock levels as directed and manage excess processes and credit returns.
Assist with the performance of research on troubled orders, aged due-ins, and find alternative solutions while keeping customers informed of progress.
Assist with the delivery of supplies, equipment, or furniture to cadre assigned to C-STARS Omaha, to include outlying buildings/training pads attached to the organization.
Assist with the coordination of requests for the turn-in of unserviceable medical equipment, supplies, and furniture to 55th Medical Logistics at Offutt AFB.
Assist with the care of department vehicle assets as needed. This includes the proper maintenance scheduling, fuel requirements, daily/monthly vehicle inspections, and general inside/outside vehicle cleanliness to include washing and vacuum.
Work in low-light, high-volume environments and differing weather conditions simulating actual aeromedical evacuation missions.
Work is a combination of sedentary duties as well as light to moderate physical effort. Requirements include walking, standing, reaching, bending, and moving items.
Work periodically on hard surfaces.
Lift Human Patient Simulation (HPS) equipment from one room to another.
