Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking an Administrator
Mandatory Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required. Proficiency with word processing software and SharePoint applications is required.
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in related area(s).
Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory. Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure, successful completion of USAFSAM's and Department's orientation programs is required. Knowledge and understanding of manpower documents, budgets and financial planning is required.
Contractor must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Experience with military protocols and administrative actions similar to decorations, evaluations and reports.
Master's degree in related fields of Health care, Hospital or Health Service Administration.
Tasks
Provide administrative support for all public health and preventive medicine department personnel assigned to USAFSAM and DCPH-Dayton.
Provide a wide range of support in medical and non-medical logistics, resources, facilities, systems, and human resource management.
Coordinate on financial, security, and Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) issues.
Balance workload and provide direction and vision to staff on a wide range of administrative issues.
Provide support for the budgetary planning and execution necessary to support the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department.
Formulate, coordinate, consolidate budgetary strategies and briefs/obtains leadership approval of all Department objectives.
Guide and Manage organizational policies, objectives, and initiatives intended to optimize Air Force Medical Service (AFMS) wide mission support.
Helps Facilitate Public Health and Preventive Medicine Department informational tours for visiting dignitaries, public organizations, and internal/external persons interested in the Department’s activities. This may involve coordinating parking, reserving meeting rooms, refreshments and refining itineraries with other departments.
Update and review annually the Training Affiliation Agreements (TAAs) and Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs & MOUs) with all civilian universities/military organizations; which require significant coordination with each legal division(s) and the United States Air Force.
Provide guidance and tracking aspects of Air Force level operations.
Perform the following administrative management service oriented tasks: answering the phones, typing, filing, building and maintaining simple databases, ordering office supplies, and constructing training as needed.
Contractor shall build Word documents, spreadsheets using Excel Program, and presentations using PowerPoint.
Oversees record management program.
