What are the responsibilities and job description for the BCBA Manager position at Eisenhower Center?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise center’s ABA therapy team, which includes providing formal supervision hours for BCBAs, BCABA and RBTs as needed
- Oversee/manage caseloads for Behavior Analysts
- Manage 7-15 RBTs & Behavior Analysts
- Supervise Behavior Technicians with implementation of programs for clients as well as with BIPs.
- Provides support for Behavior Technicians with in-servicing client behavior plans to rehab associates
- Setting clearly defined clinical delivery goals and being accountable for them
- Maintain knowledge base and expertise with empirically supported treatment interventions
- Working within an electronic database system or a paper system to manage client programs in consultation with Behavior Technicians
- Oversee development and maintenance of Autism/ABA trainings for staff on Residential Autism units
- Consult with Admission’s team on reviewing residential referrals
- Conduct fidelity assessments of BCBAs, BCABAs and RBTs
- Leads weekly BA meetings to direct case consultation
- Review Treatment Plans and Reports.
- Conduct functional assessments/FBA’s in addition to providing training and oversight for less experienced BA’s.
- Make recommendations on hiring, promotions, salary adjustments and other employee issues
- Support team in monitoring completion of general and clinical schedules
- Overseeing departmental adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics and HIPPA
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with local agencies, universities, hospitals, etc.
- Develop processes to ensure advancement of skills within team
- Provide assigned caseload hours per week of direct therapy and treatment planning
- Develop treatment plans and programs related to goals/objectives identified by FBA’s.
- Train staff in observation, data collection and implementation of behavior protocols.
- Participate in staffing's, team meetings and other clinical and staff meetings
- Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports as needed.
- Member in good standing of the ABA.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
