EisnerAmper is seeking a manager to add to our growing Assurance Resource Management team.
Our Resource Management team is responsible for providing our colleagues with reasonable and meaningful experiences to promote their career growth by developing and building diverse teams. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner working closely with Assurance Service Line Leaders and colleagues at all levels and will also collaborate with other internal functional groups firmwide.
This position will be a hybrid setting and opened to a multitude of locations, with a preference to be based in our New York, NY, Iselin, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
Manage growth and development of Assurance colleagues, while continuing to promote global scheduling efforts across Assurance and other Service Lines
Create high performing diverse teams and support our clients by balancing business needs, capacity, required skill sets, personal preferences, and engagement risk
Challenge business requests when necessary and influence an appropriate all-around resolution
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve scheduling conflicts and backfilling resources
Assist in managing overall workforce planning by monitoring headcount, turnover, utilization, and other key metrics
Liaise across the Resource Management team and other internal functional groups (i.e., HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Finance, Learning & Development, etc.) to execute resource related initiatives
Anticipate capacity issues and assist in determining campus and experienced hiring goals
Conduct onboarding for new hires and routinely check in with Assurance colleagues to discuss career interests and professional development needs
Support execution of performance management processes during year-end reviews
Coordinate with EisnerAmper University (Learning & Development) to establish and schedule training plans
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of experience within resource management, scheduling, or deployment at a public accounting or professional services firm
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of ProStaff or other scheduling tool(s) and Workday
Ability to navigate and operate in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic client services business environment and be adaptable in a continuously growing organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong project management and organization skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident and resilient in negotiation skills while partnering with colleagues across the firm
Exercises sound judgement, knowing how to operate independently and escalate matters as appropriate
Inspirational leader who continually pushes themselves and direct reports to achieve higher levels of achievement

150000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
