RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions

· Receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status

· Process customer and vendor returns

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s products and promotions

· Stock and maintain clean and organized showroom

· Assist in warehouse operations, including operation of forklift

· Collaborate with Purchasing, Credit, Shipping, Sales, Marketing and Management ensuring a team approach focused on delivering a thrilling customer experience

· Perform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience and Skills:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· One to three years sales/customer service experience

· Strong organizational skills

· Computer literate, detail oriented and able to work independently

· Excellent follow-up and follow-through

· An unshakable positive attitude and a willingness to “own” challenges and seek
creative solutions

· Previous flooring distribution experience in a sales environment preferred.
