Responsibilities:
- Monitors team shared inbox and categorizes requests immediately upon submission
- Verifies eligibility for employee lunch subsidy programs
- Supports Pending Hire & Indirect Contractor Approvals
- Maintains publicized HR Business Partner & Leadership Alignment sheet
- Tier II Back-Up support; HRIS Management (Workday)
- Other projects and ad-hoc requests as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working with general understanding of core HR business practices, processes, and terminology (HRIS, Recruiting, General Reporting)
Skills & Experience:
- Excel (intermediate skill level & v-lookup preferred)
- PowerPoint, ability to create, format, edit and display data into a visualization
- Detail-oriented, organized; problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results timely
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and manage various tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-initiative with the ability to respond quickly to client requests and foster professional business relationships
- Able to thrive in high volume, fast paced environment
