This Area Director of Human Resources will have primary responsibilities for the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf, el PRADO hotel, and Four Points San Jose Airport. Frequent travel to each of these locations is required, so this individual must be close to one of these locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Area DHR or someone who is a Director of Human Resources for one property and is excited to move into multi-hotel HR management.

- Successfully interact with all key leaders and staff across the hotel, within the Human Resource discipline, and key corporate staff
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong focus and adherence to Human Resource key success measures i.e. Employee Satisfaction, Employee Retention, and Compliance – your ability to influence these upon starting is a foundation for success
- Staff Optimization – develop a plan for all new hires so they understand their mission and have the tools to offer unparalleled service, satisfaction, and success within their first 90 days
- Develop and execute a plan to drive the brand and Crestline culture – we value each other, our guests, our business partners, and our environment
- Develop a strong working partnership with local Crestline hotels as well as Corporate HR –we all work together towards a shared goal!
Education And Experience
- Solid 5-6 years of related industry experience -- you have been on-property and understand the ins and out's of the hotel business
- Computer skills required – must be knowledgeable in the usage of all Microsoft office products
- Strong written communication skills
- Must have strong labor relations experience
