What is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Workday experience is preferred
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-pace environment
