Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and goals
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills trusts and nuptial agreements
- Provide legal advice on matters related to estate planning, medicaid planning, and probate
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective estate planning strategies
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting estate planning
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
- Experience in estate planning law is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to learn and cooperate with and from others
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document preparation

Preferred Qualifications:
