Our client is seeking a remote Helpdesk Specialist I to handle all password reset activities for after hours support. This is a 1 year contract (Full-time M-F 3PM-11PM).
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls/emails regarding password issues
- Verify users' credentials
- Collaborate routinely with customers on password issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the apporpriate contact
- Provide excellent customer service directly to clients end-user
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Prior Helpdesk Support experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- Great troubleshooting experience and general IT experience
- Preferred experience with Kantime, UKG and or Azure
