Role Description
This is a full-time outside sales role as an Account Executive located in the Plymouth, MA area. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for outsourced services, and providing consultation to meet clients' staffing needs. You will also be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Sales experience.
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of outsourcing and contingent workforce solutions
- Experience in consultative selling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
***Starting base of $50,000 with uncapped commission opportunities.
