Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our team. The Machine Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery to ensure efficient operations.
2nd shift - 3pm - 11pm.
Pay will depend on experience!
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
- Perform regular inspections to identify faulty equipment and recommend solutions
- Fabricate parts when needed to repair machinery
- Follow schematics and blueprints to understand machinery operations
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance procedures
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery issues
- Electrical expertise to work on machine wiring and components
- Experience with hydraulics systems in an industrial setting
- Proficiency in reading and understanding schematics
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Military experience related to machinery maintenance is advantageous
