Machine Technician

As an Automation Technician at TechAdvance Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring our automated systems and equipment operate smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing various automation systems, contributing to our goal of peak operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair automation equipment and systems, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and robotic devices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with automated machinery to minimize downtime.
• System Optimization: Conduct regular inspections and implement upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and technical documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Training: Provide training and technical support to production staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation equipment.

Qualifications:.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with PLC programming, HMI interfaces, SCADA systems, and robotics. Familiarity with various programming languages and CAD software is advantageous.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
