Sales Representative

We are currently looking for Outside Sales Representatitives to join our team. This is an on the road opportunity held within our residential department. Technical knowledge of home appliances are a PLUS***. Salary of $50k with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Development:

• Devise and implement effective sales strategies to discover new business opportunities, targeting key decision-makers within identified leads.

Customer Engagement:

• Provide customers with swift and accurate price quotes, showcasing the latest technologies tailored to meet their unique needs, with a focus on leading with financing options.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation, contributing to an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.

Team Collaboration:

• Engage with fellow Sales Reps to communicate sales targets, share best practices, and foster a collaborative work environment that drives success.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for continuous improvement.

Client Follow-Up:

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.

Personalized Solutions:

• Conduct all appointments in-home to provide personalized and tailored solutions.

Proactive Prospecting:

• Proactively prospect to generate 10% of leads, showcasing your ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (1 years) in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prior experience in the home services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
