Elements Massage Florence is a growing, locally owned, massage studio. We only do massage. We believe in the power of massage to change lives. Our purpose is to make people feel better. We are looking for a friendly, assertive Assistant Manager/sales representative to sell our monthly membership program to clients, to provide great customer service to current members and to assist in managing the studio.
Responsibilities – All Managers work as sales representative:
- Selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to the Elements Wellness Program
- Answering the phone professionally and politely
- Booking appointments
- Warmly greeting and checking clients in when they arrive for their appointments
- Maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience
- Follow our Covid-19 safety and cleaning protocols
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Going through autopays and contacting the clients whose payments declined and need to provide an updated cc
- Handling refunds when appropriate
- Helping resolve logbook notes when appropriate
- Making sure breaks are added to the schedule if they can be
- Making sure Elite Fees are added to appropriate therapists
- Shopping for supplies when needed
- Giving out Elements promises to unsatisfied clients during shift
- Helping coworkers when needed
- Interviewing candidates when appropriate
- Stepping into the manager position when the manager is gone (vacation, sick, etc.)
- Open line of communication with the manager on topics that need addressing
- Join monthly meetings with the owner
- Other unspecified duties as needed
- Making sure the studio is running smoothly
Expected hours:
Sunday: 8am to 2pm
Monday: 8am to 3pm
Tuesday: 8am to 3pm
Wednesday: 8am to 3pm
Saturday: 8am to 3pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
