Location - Work From Home
Responsible for managing foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence that support the team and management.
How you will Impact:
- Serve as a primary liaison
- Intake and coordinate the tracking and submission of contract deliverables
- Field and coordinate responses to regulator inquiries
- Coordinate, prepare for, and facilitate audits and regulator site visits
- Intake and distribute regulator mandates
- Collateral review and submission to regulator
- Contractual/regulatory research requests
- Business initiative review and support
- Federal Medicaid Managed Care Rule advisory and collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 6 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Minimal travel may be required, up to 15%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the Ohio Medicaid Plan is strongly preferred
- Medicaid knowledge and experience is strongly preferred
- Managed care experience is preferred
- Excel – intermediate to advanced skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Access – intermediate skills (able to create a query, run reports)
- SharePoint – intermediate to advanced skills (ability to navigate comfortably, post documents, create sites/add web part, work with lists, check in/out documents, assist with clean-up work/record retention)
- Analysis/Trending/Reporting Preferred
- Strong Written and Oral Communications Preferred
