Description
Responsible for processing transactional work within HR operations.
Primary duties may include but are not limited to:
- Processes adjustments and changes in HRIS system.
- Performs balancing activities.
- Maintains records in case management system and assign or research cases as required.
- system changes.
- Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
- Researches and resolves specific transactional inquiries and customer issues. Processes basic department specific transactional work.
- Point of contact for compliance inquires and escalates to the appropriate people or departments.
- Follows standard operating procedures and processing guidelines while maintaining attention to detail accuracy and timeliness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1 years of transacting experience in payroll tax benefits or leaves of absence; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
