HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Requirements include but are not limited to more stringent and frequent background checks and/or government clearances, segregation of duties principles, role specific training, monitoring of daily job functions, and sensitive data handling instructions.
• Associates in these jobs must follow the specific policies, procedures, guidelines, etc. as stated by the Government Business Division in which they are employed.
• Responsible for managing a staff of associates whose primary purpose is collecting, analyzing, and communicating health care and business information to internal and external clients.
• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Designs and manages studies as requested by internal and external (e.g., CMS, NCQA, HEDIS) clients for purposes of ensuring accreditation, improving health, and analyzing business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Assures quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generated.
• Develops methods for improving internal techniques and processes.
• Utilizes multiple data systems to accomplish objectives.
• Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  

Qualifications - Internal:

QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires BA/BS and 5-7 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience in managed care and data analysis required.
• Understanding of multiple data sources and formats required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and oral and written communication skills required.
• Must possess management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Encounters experience preferred
• Previous leadership experience
• Demonstration of process improvement
