- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the comprehensive care needs of residents are met.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant and completion of a state-approved Restorative Aide training program preferred.
- Prior experience working in a long-term care setting or with elderly populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
