Join this award-winning, Vancouver, BC based Hospitality group as Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the role of this 19-month maternity leave contract is to lead the development, communication, and execution of a broad range of initiatives that maintain and build on the strengths of the brand.

Responsibilities:
Core Menu
· Working with internal stakeholders, leads the
development and execution of our core menu and select stand-alone sales building promotions. Includes establishing timelines, creative briefs & creative execution, proofing, leading competitive research, marketing materials for menu testing & surveying, internal communications to our restaurants, executing added value media (PR & media kits)
· Lead the collection and analysis of competitive
and industry research including online research, market surveying, summarizing, and presenting results.
· Develop and lead the execution of programs geared towards guests such as annual Fundraisers and new menu launches
· Local Store Marketing
· Provide on-going marketing support for all
locations. Includes: planning, creative execution, media and developing toolkit/ad templates providing turnkey solutions.
Guest Relations
· Collect information & assist with responding to marketing related guest feedback as submitted across a number of digital channels
· Work with Online Review Management platform to analyze data, respond to escalations and support restaurants with their online presence.
Corporate Social
Responsibility, Special Events & Sponsorship
· Identify opportunities that align with brand
positioning/target audiences.
· Develop & coordinate the execution of
charitable programs – including long-standing relationships with charities, foundations, and other specialty groups
· Develop & coordinate the execution of sponsorship
· Includes but not limited to, creative brief
writing, working with external agency partners and contractors to develop creative
assets and media plans.
· Work with internal/external stakeholders &
agency partners to ensure execution brand standards. Includes following menu
phase timelines, photo shoots, creative execution & proofing, in
conjunction with their Marketing team.
