INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – OVERVIEW: 
Elevate is excited to hire key ticket sales team members for a new project in the Washington D.C. area, starting in early 2024.  In collaboration with our client, this is an opportunity for individuals to be part of disrupting the industry and growing attendance and revenues for a premier sports franchise. 
 
Elevate is seeking hardworking, positive, and passionate individuals that are committed to becoming future sales leaders. These individuals will go through a career growth oriented, sports sales development program. At the culmination of the program, this system will allow top performing sales reps internal and external opportunities to advance their sports careers. The in-depth training program will focus on growing one’s professional skillset as a full menu sales professional.  

Inside Sales Representatives will be primarily focused on selling season ticket products and providing assistance with other revenue generating projects. Revenue will be generated via phone, email marketing, face to face presentations, networking events and out-of-office appointments. Day to day leadership and mentoring will be provided by the Manager, Inside Sales. The position pays hourly, plus sales commissions and bonus opportunities. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Responsible for the sale of season ticket products and other revenue-generating projects for the team. 
  • Expected to prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities. 
  • Maintain computerized records of season ticket members and prospects within the ticketing system. 
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hustle metric and sales goals. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist in service efforts. 
  • Set appointments, show seats, give stadium tours, etc. 
  • Assist with Select-A-Seat events. 
  • Matchday duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, etc.). 
  • Attend weekly meetings and role-play sessions conducted by management. 
  • Participate in sales driven stadium events. 
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends and holidays when required. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
QUALIFICATIONS:

A.  Education and/or Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or related field preferred. 
 
B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities  
  • Ability to work as a team player. 
  • Proficient in basic computer software programs. 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer service skills. 
  • Open to learning and taking constructive criticism/feedback. 
  • Desire to be a sales industry leader. 
  • Ability to present sales material to potential clients with confidence. 
  • A passion for soccer is a plus.

Physical Demands 
  • This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move around event spaces during attendance at events 
Work Environment 
  • The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend all events
