Elevated Capital Advisors is a Utah-based RIA whose goal is to educate and empower Advisors to take a holistic approach to their client’s investment goals and needs. We focus on trust, exemplary service, and transparency in everything we do.
Customer Service duties include but are not limited to:
· Complete and process new client paperwork required by advisors
· Review and ensure accuracy of information provided for all necessary forms required.
· Submit all applications in good order to custodians.
· Follow up on all pending applications with custodians to ensure the paperwork is moving forward
· Ensure transfer of funds are done accurately and efficiently
· Research and analyze application issues and provide resolution
· Answer advisor/client needs and requests in a timely manner
· Provide status updates to advisors as needed
· Meet with Advisors to help ensure efficient processing
· Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls in all aspects of the business
· Training for Advisors and Clients
· Prepare client correspondence including letters and email correspondence
· Establish and maintain detailed client files
· Additional duties and responsibilities required as needed
Financial Planning duties include but are not limited to:
· Preparation of Financial Plans, Investment Allocation models, Insurance proposals, and presentations for client meetings
· Compare existing solutions to those currently available in the marketplace
· Establish and maintain detailed client files
· Review trades as backfill when needed
· Research and review prospective client financial situations for Advisors
· Provide a comprehensive plan for recommendations to improve and meet the client needs
Ideal Candidates will have:

· Self-starter, capable of developing new tools and capabilities to solve problems
· Experience working with Fidelity WealthScape and TD VEO desirable
· Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities throughout the day
· Aptitude to provide solutions and change processes with short notice
· Passion for client services and putting their needs first
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience or 2 years in financial services industry
· Previous experience in processing investment paperwork/planning in a financial office preferred
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired. Experience with excel required
· Series 65 license preferred (Must obtain Series 65 license within 90 days of hire date)
