What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Elevated Facility Services?
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Generates sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Ensures clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicates client needs and demands to management.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
- Manages projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while also meeting company goals.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Services multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Keeps records of client transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
