THE ROLE
- Works closely with members of the Curriculum and Training team, with specific guidance from the Training Director, to provide onsite field and virtual training for Northern California schools and their regional managers and Quality Assurance Coordinators.
- Supports Northern California Regional Managers and Quality Assurance Coordinators with field interviews/trainings.
- Responsible for ensuring all Northern California Regional Managers and Quality Assurance Coordinators are adequately trained on Elevo curriculum, behavior management and customer service.
- Observes Quality Assurance Coordinators on a rotating basis to ensure job duties are met and coaches are supported.
- Helps conduct coach evaluations.
- Supports curriculum development.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in curriculum development (preferred)
- 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
- Must be willing to travel, sometimes on short notice, usually within Northern California.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A clear and confident speaker in both virtual and in-person settings.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards supporting multiple regions simultaneously
- Thoroughly understand the organization’s goals, mission, and plans
