Responsibilities of the Agile Coach:
- Facilitate teams that perform mission critical work
- Facilitate teams through all Agile events such as iteration planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Create working agreements, definition of ready, and definition of done
- Implement metrics to gauge team, ART, and journey performance
- Oversee feature life cycle and drive backlog management
