Our industry-leading healthcare/insurance client is seeking a mid to senior level business analyst with 5 years of experience preferred. This role is 100% remote and has the potential to convert to a full-time role.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Key Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and payment systems in healthcare/insurance or sales (B2B/B2C)
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience with system and policy modifications, developing new systems of record
- Knowledge of commission systems and agent/record project management
- Analytical skills with a natural curiosity to identify connections and improvements
- Structure and optimize agent and broker assignment processes for individuals and families
- Lead policy and system changes, developing new systems of record and ensuring data availability
- Translate business requirements to the IT team and own broker data management
- Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the team
- Work closely with the strategy team to understand and implement the company's vision
- Participate in the development and sign-off of user stories, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
- Natural curiosity and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
