What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Business Analyst position at Eliassen Group?
We have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst with extensive Salesforce experience with our client in Boston. Your focus will be improving sales and marketing operations.

- Work with business and technical teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to optimize business processes
- Gather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional client groups to help design, develop, and/or configure applications
- Identify technical functionality that aligns with desired new business capabilities
- Coordinate technical needs to create business and functional requirements documents
- Work with project manager to identify changes, gaps, risks, and issues in requirements
- Translate business requirements to technical terms for development teams
Requirements of the Salesforce BA:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ
- Experience supporting sales and marketing functions
- Experience conducting business requirements sessions, writing business requirements, and developing user stories/use cases
- Experience in any Agile tool (similar to JIRA) preferred
- Demonstrated experience establishing relationships across business and IT leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent conflict negotiation skills
- Oracle and NetSuite a plus
