Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical settings and possess a strong knowledge of medical-surgical procedures, infectious disease care, and memory care.
Duties:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications, treatments, and procedures
- Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in health status
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in administering injections and conducting physical examinations
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as DME and mammography machines
- Knowledge of eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Ability to provide care for patients with memory care needs
- Strong understanding of infectious disease prevention and treatment
