What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Elite Coach?

SUMMARY:  The Recruiter will perform all duties and responsibilities related to finding and bringing in quality candidates to our company. The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will be required to source candidates, screen applications, schedule interviews and participate in the entire hiring process. Your contribution will impact the workforce that joins our company, directly contributing to our growth and culture as an organization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, and Key Results Areas
  • Source and create digital job postings that are creative and effective
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Attend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions
  • Perform reference and background checks
  • Make recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews
  • Follow up with candidates on the interview process status
  • Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Complete timely reports on employment activity
  • Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly proficient with current social media platforms and how to effectively promote Elite Coach and target openings
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively
  • Knowledge of skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Thorough knowledge of all job descriptions being applied for along with the requirements and responsibilities that come with them

Offer Acceptance Rate

Offer acceptance rate = (# of accepted job offers / total offers extended) X 100

Cost Per Lead

Cost-per-lead = Total recruiting cost / # of leads

Cost Per Hire

Cost-per-hire = Total recruiting cost / # of hires

Hires to Goal

Hires to goal = (# of new hires in a given period / hiring goal for that period) x 100

Recruitment Site Analytics and Social Listening

Website and social listening KRA = (# of applicants from a social platform [e.g., LinkedIn] / total # of online applicants) x 100
