We are seeking a special person who is multi-talented and can help our practice and patients at the front desk.

The person who is selected for this opportunity will be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Post Insurance payments
  • Follow up on outstanding Insurance Claims
  • Monthly patient statements
  • Maintaining AR within guidelines
  • Communicate effectively about dental treatment and handle various patient questions
  • Make financial arrangements for patients
  • Create and submit claims daily, and ensure receipt
  • Monthly review of outstanding patient aging
  • Refund Processing
  • Follow up and resolve all communication requests
  • Understanding of Dental Insurance, claims processing, billing, and repeal process
  • Dentrix software experience preferred
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous Dental Front Desk experience is highly preferred
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
