We are looking for professional staff that are able to join a collaborative and motivated team that provides non-clinical support functions to an affiliated network of dentists. These professionals have critical roles in assisting with non-clinical services across a broad network of affiliated dental practices.
The Staff Accountant is a key contributor to the day-to-day accounting operations of several dental affiliates and the home office for Elite Dental Partners. The position is intended to provide a broad range of accounting and finance support to the Accounting Supervisor, as well as other members of the Finance team, operations, and key executives within the corporate headquarters

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis for multi-location healthcare support organization
- Prepare month end financial information and reports for several entities
- Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close process
- Assist with special projects and drive process improvements
- Account analysis and reconciliation
- Journal entry preparation and verification of transactions in the general ledger
- Assist with the year-end external audit and reporting processes
- Assist in maintaining a control environment thru proper documentation and internal controls
- Treasury related items ranging from cash forecasting, tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years current accounting experience
- Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office Professional applications
- ERP experience wanted, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
