Position Summary:
The Sales Representative role at Elite Marketing Authority Co is responsible for driving the acquisition of new business through generating qualified leads and converting them to sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in the sales process, be an effective communicator with a strong sense of urgency. You must be able to communicate both clearly and effectively to our guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
*Develop, implement, and maintain a marketing strategy aimed at meeting or exceeding sales goals
*Meet or exceed monthly sales goals set by the company
- Maintain current knowledge of product information, competitive pricing, and best practices in sales techniques
- Generate leads via phone and email through an extensive prospecting process that begins with your own time and energy
- Attend monthly meetings of the Sales/Marketing Team where you will be peer reviewed by the Sr/Executives on a weekly basis
- Attend educational sessions as needed and/or requested by the Sales/Marketing Team
- Travel within an area to make visits to potential customers to meet with their families at various times throughout the year
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Business Development or Business Owner role preferably in the Resort & Entertainment industry (Retail, Hospitality, Hospitality Management)
- Experience working with a Salesforce CRM system preferred
