Job Location: San Dimas, CA
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Steel Production experience
- Roll-form, welding and paint experience
- Lead and supervisor experience
- Train employees, machine operations, quality and safety experience
- Machines set up and production run
- Accurate production reporting & Labor Reports.
- Preventive maintenance of machinery and tooling
- Safety equipment (back supports, gloves, hearing protection, etc.
Responsibilities
- Selects, trains, motivates and disciplines employees through employee meetings, individual consultations, written communication and daily discussions.
- Responsible for ensuring that quality procedures are followed and conducts ongoing quality checks.
- Ensures that all employees are trained on the safest way to do their jobs and that all departmental safety rules are followed
- Produces work at the direction of Production Control and ensures
- Ensures that employees comply with company policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
