About the Job:
Our Outside Sales Representatives are highly visible, empowered, and experienced relationship-building and deal-making machines who have a successful history of generating significant positive operational impact. They build relationships with large commercial roofing providers, and they also get to know the many local roofers we service.
This strategic role requires a combination of aptitude, character, organization, ambition, and integrity. Our sales representatives are the face of our organization. This is a highly regarded role and recognized by our employees as the person whose efforts begin and sustain the success of the company.
Although a role of autonomy, our Outsides Sales Reps are a key partner to the branch’s Managing Partner. They focus on relationship management and co-leading the orchestration of a strategic, high-performance, fast-paced sales cycle that always concludes with happy, satisfied customers.
In compliance with state-specific pay regulations, salary includes base pay plus commissions and more.

Requirements
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Promote and aid in the selling and supplying of Elite Roofing Supply’s product lines and services with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Roofing Supplies or Building product sales are a must.
- Build relationships and manage existing customers by instilling value and trust.
- Seek new prospects, develop new accounts’ and rework existing non-active customers. Use applicable sources such as face-to-face meetings, emails, cold calls, social media, and other means.
- Achieve sales plans and goals.
- Identify needs, build relationships and negotiate positive (“win”-“win”) contracts for continued/future business.
- Advance their knowledge of product lines through product knowledge seminars.
- Project a professional image of Elite Roofing Supply.
Salary : $67,400 - $85,400
