What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Sales Manager position at Elite Sourcing LLC?
We're currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to join Elite Sourcing LLC, a growing medical/technology company who has been in business for over 40 years! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, including MO, The Dakotas and KS. As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building relationships with key clients, and expanding the company's market presence.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical or technology industry
- Demonstrated success in managing territories and exceeding sales targets
- An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field is preferred but not necessary
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- A background in life sciences, such as selling into GMP facilities, pharma sales, or medical equipment sales, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of compliance regulations is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with most business concentrated in MO but occasional travel required to MO, KS and the Dakotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
This company is offering:
- Base salary of $75,000 plus commission (OTE first year will be around 120K ).
