Elite Specialty Staffing started in a tiny living room in Boise, Idaho by our founder, Jen. As a seasoned travel nurse, Jen was very familiar with how to take care of patients and wanted to take the same approach to helping other travel nurses find fulfillment in their career – wherever that road may take them. Over the years we’ve grown – and although we’re no longer operating in Jen’s living room anymore- one thing hasn’t changed. We care about every registered nurse on our team.
