- Hire contingent on clearing pre-employment screening to include background check, reference checks and employment verifications
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for all recruiting activities, including but not limited to – sourcing, vetting, interviewing and selection & submittal of candidates to client requirements
- Job description evaluation – drilling down to understand the Client’s core relevant needs and goals
- Job postings – responsible for coordinating, updating, circulating and managing postings via job boards and social media platforms
- Resume and Candidate search – actively search via traditional job sites as well as through Boolean Search via social media platforms and search engines
- Actively contacting and cold calling new and existing candidates
- Phone screening candidates on daily basis
- Video interviews, as necessary
- In-person interviews, as necessary
- Resume review and preparation; coaching candidates with resume updates of relevant skills/experience
- Production based environment meeting – working Client job orders with sense of urgency; meeting Client deadlines
- Contribute to building out a network of qualified candidates for existing and future Client job orders
- Pre-employment screening – managing background screening
- Ordering Background Screens
- Coordinating drug screen tests
- Researching information for and conducting employment and education verifications
- Reference checks
- Managing salary negotiation between Client and Candidate, as necessary
- Responsible for Onboarding new hires – offer letters, new hire paperwork; i9 form verification
- Managing all aspects of Temporary workers on assignment at Client sites
- Act as liaison between Client and temp worker
- Regular and proactive communication with Clients
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Proper release or termination of temp employees, as required and requested, by Clients
- 2 years Recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment required
- Entrepreneurial spirit interested to be a part of a small team and helping grow a small business to next level
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to perform and to thrive in a largely independent environment, while remaining responsible and accountable in meeting established KPI’s
- Ability and desire to work and communicate with a high volume of people on a daily basis
- Cold calling for new Client business development and candidate procurement/networking
- Comfortable taking direction from supervisors, while being confident and comfortable to also work proactively and independently with candidates and client accounts
- Ability to build, as well as maintain, client relationships
- Account management skills required
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, detail-oriented environment
- Agility to thrive in a quick changing environment
- Ability to approach each account and staffing requirement with a sense of urgency and ownership
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task numerous tasks that may be of equal importance
- Boolean Search skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Regular heavy phone usage for long periods of time
- Regularly sitting for long periods of time
- Regularly be able to read computer terminal screen and use keyboard for long periods of time
- Drive to various client sites, as-needed
- Regularly communicate over the phone, and meet with in-person, as often as necessary, temp workers and candidates
