What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at EliteFTS.com, Inc.?
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing creative media, email, social media strategies ,and content to engage our audience and continue the development of our brand.
They will be required to think creatively and work collaboratively with our internal and external teams including managing, recruitment, and hiring of team members.
The ideal candidate is organized, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for marketing.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Understands the customer journey and the marketing channels associated with growing this.
- Understands the concepts of social media, blog and podcast metrics (reach, engagement, conversations, ROI…) as well as, marking metrics (ex: Customer Acquisition Cost, CPC, CPM…)
- Must be able to be pro-active and seek out new opportunities to improve and streamline tactics
- Creative and problem solving abilities for long and short term strategies.
- Thinks on their feet (ability to pivot) and can conceptualize actionable ideas for growth.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- Have a growth oriented mindset.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient with Facebook's Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Lybsn, Wordpress, Magento, and Great Plains.
- Strong quantitative skills
- Highly dependable, very organized, able to work independently, attention to detail, and task management skills
- Strong written and personal communications skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented / collaborative environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong leadership and management skills within a small business structure.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
