Skilled Electrical Labor/Journeyman

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction-related tasks and possess a strong work ethic.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of construction tasks such as renovating, building, and repairing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks
- Work on both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Execute commercial electrician duties as needed
- Maintain knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues
- Conduct general maintenance person tasks as required

Skills:
The following skills are required or preferred for this position:
- Experience as a commercial electrician
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to work with high voltage systems
- Proficient with hand tools for construction tasks
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems
- Capability to renovate and build structures
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Skilled in reading schematics for electrical work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Travel requirement:

License/Certification:

  • Electrical License, apprentice are encouraged to apply. (Preferred)

  • Gadsden, AL (Preferred)
