RideNow Powersports is looking for an Account Manager with strong A/P, A/R and ledger experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual to join our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• End of the day and Contracts in Transit/ bank postings. Distribute documents to financial institutions and to corporate.
• Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, and process vendor checks
• Reviews timesheets/commission for payroll processing
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
SKILLS
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum three years A/P A/R experience in a full cycle, high volume environment
