We are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team and help us with administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties will include a wide range of activities in the office from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentiveness and patience
