Elm City Advisors, a leader in the life insurance industry, is looking for a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for the agency. This role will partner with Sales Managers, the Social Media Manager, and the Contracting Manager to maximize the effectiveness of the hiring process. This position requires a high level of independent judgement to source candidates and meet hiring goals. Bonuses are awarded for meeting and exceeding quarterly goals on top of a base salary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process
-Source high quality candidates using various recruitment platforms including Career Builder, social media, and LinkedIn
-Join social media groups and professional networks, and interact with potential candidates
-Report daily and weekly metrics
-Manage hiring pipelines
-Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven work experience as a Headhunter, recruiter or similar
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
-Excellent time-management skills with a proven ability to meet goals and deadlines
-Results driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping the company grow
-Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactic

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
