Elma’s HR Team is executing an impactful human capital strategy aligned with our accelerated growth and diversification business plan, including transformation. We have an exciting opportunity for a proven Business Partner to round out the Americas Team. The position is onsite- located in Fremont, CA and will report to the Head of Human Resources – Americas.
This is a strategic, as well as operational role. The HRBP will be integral to executing HR’s business-aligned strategy, partnering with business leaders, managing the delivery of quality HR services, and fostering a culture in which everyone is respected, valued, and provided opportunities to reach their full potential. Your leadership will have an important impact on positioning Elma for continued growth and success. Top candidates will have broad generalist experience across all HR disciplines which will enhance your ability to effectively partner with, and coach, your assigned group of functional business leaders, including:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Design Engineering and R&D
- Finance
- IT

In addition to the above, top candidates will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP
- 7 year’s progressive HR experience
- 3-5 year’s management experience
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Passion for process automation
- Ability to find solutions when not obvious
- 3-5 year’s experience in manufacturing setting
- Advanced skill level with HRIS and MS Office tools
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
Target Compensation: 130,000.00 - 155,000.00
