Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Basic to advanced electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
Can successfully motivate and lead a maintenance team while working closely with the Property Manager
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
Able to ensure the completion of market-ready apartments efficiently to company standard
Previous multifamily and/or construction experience
